The Scoot'n Yinzers will be partnering with the 2nd Annual Steel City Mods vs. Rockers Rally on August 13th, 2011 and hosting some of the most popular City Rally events you may have enjoyed in the past with the Pittsburgh Vintage Scooter Club (PVSC).
